Hope someone can help confirm my diagnosis. I recently had work done on my front axle. When I received the car back, it had the following problems; A/C blows hot air, the key remote does not work, the inside dome light does not work, windshield wipers only work at fast speed and last the parking brake light stays on. These all stopped working immediately at the same time. I spoke with a friend who had the parking brake problem and resolved it with a new ECM. Do you think the ECM is causing all my problems?

Test all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multi-meter:
