I'm 50 with brown gum pigmantation. Now the roof of my mouth starting to get the brown pigmantation. Dentist said its OK. How do this happen?

Having discoloration in your gums, if you are african american is caused by melanin build up as you age. It is a natural occurring process and can be reversed comesmetically if you wish, but at a high cost.
