1 kilogram -> 2.204 622 621 lb
1 meter -> 3.280 839 895 feet
So, 1 m^3 = (3.280 839 895)^3 = 35.3 ft^3
\frac{1kg}{1m^3} = \frac{2.2lbs}{35.3ft^3} = 0.0624 lbs/ft^3
Now, multiply by 995 to get your answer. I got 62.1 lbs/ft^3.
Hope it helped! You can Google online conversion sites. Here, I used Online Conversion - Convert just about anything to anything else (http://www.onlineconversion.com/)
