Dear sir.

I want to know, what is the working pressure I,e. CWS/CWR through AHU cooling coil, CSU,FCU,Primary and secondary pumps, and chillers (air cooled).
As well please let me know the hydrostatic test pressure for all above equipments.

You will have to address these issues with the manufacturer of the equipment.

You could look at the discharge pressure of your CW pump, figure the foot of head of piping to each coil (Which would reduce the pressure at the supply), and that should give you the static pressure at that point. As HVAC1000 states, you can then go back to your mfg. of the equipment and request the submittal for each piece of equipment, which usually shows the pressure losses of the coils. Its usually 7-10 PSI for a large chiller, more for a multi pass. Most water vessels are rated at 150PSI, unless ordered for a higher pressure application, so depending on what type of hydro test you are doing, stay below this, or the safety usually will open.
