I can't remember the name of a movie I watched as a little girl... All I can remember are bits and pieces... the movie begins with a battle where a father gives his son a dragon amulet... the opposing king then finds a baby girl amongst wolves, he raises her along with his own daughter... the girl has a doll that grants her wishes... there is something about a lake, a red knight, and a tournament... and I am fairly certain that the male lead is called Victor... please help?
