View Full Version : Need eye exam and glasses and no money or insurance

I read someone's question that is almost the same as mine. Unfortunately, Mass Health wants my husband and I to pay a monthly fee. He is a pastor and we live with a different pay because of the economy. I can't pay insurance coverage even though Mass Health is better than any other insurance in cost per month. I need an eye exam and glasses and don't know where I can go to have help. I would like to pay but can not.
Does anyone have information on this type of problem?
Thank you.

Have you seen the sticky on the following thread about obtaining free services as well as glasses?

Hi again, ilovetobemom!

Do you live in Massachesetts? If so, I did find something concerning that state that also may be helpful to you!

Please let me know if that is the state in which you live.

Thanks!

And why not ask the congregation to step up to the bat and help

Yes, I live in Mass.
And to my friend the Christianity Expert, all of our men in our church are out of work which makes our pay change month to month. They are all laborers so our whole church is suffering. So please pray.

I live in Massachusetts. Our church is small and all of the men are unemployed because most are self employed. They are burdened as it is and have showed us great love already but there just is not enough.
Thank you

Thanks for the rating, Momma! Much appreciated!

The sites and services are out there. Sometimes, they're just hard to find.

Thanks!
