I have an oil painting on canvas of a sailboat & dingy tied to a dock next to a fishermans shack. It is a signed painting with the name Luini. Can anyone tell me more about this artist, where he/she is from, the value. Aprox size of canvas size is 30x20. Frame is thick and multilayered wood. It was purchased in New York at an art show somewhere around 1970, I think. It could be a bit earlier.

I have two smaller paintings maybe 10" X 12" that are signed LUINI, they are of downtown shops / with street lights, looks like early 20th century Canada or Madrid?? Funny thing is the "LUI" in the signature in both is quite similar, however, the "N & I" are different for both. Have you gotten any real answers yet?
