It's not draining properly. I am pretty sure a short is stuck inside of it. A microfiber muscle shirt. I know I put it in and now its lost. I drain the hose nothing in it. I tried to take off the agitator but once I popped the lid and took out the seal cap I could not find how to unlock it to pull it out. Please help
