I have a felony of burglary of a building that is a little over 10 yrs old. How can I get this off my record if I don't have money to pay it so I can get an apartment with my girlfriend.

Have you been out of trouble for all those 10+ years? You could petition the Judge yourself but even if you did have an attorney handling this for you it would take months for the Judge to rule on the expungement on your case.

I wouldn't try without an attorney.. This isn't just a submit a form kind of thing. This is a you PROVE that your felony should be expunged or pardoned, kind of thing.. Keep in mind that there's going to be a prosecutor telling the judge what a bad guy you are and that he should DENY your petition...
