Hi all,
I graduated with a B.S in Computer Science 9 years ago but unfortunately only have about 10 months of anything resembling IT work experience and it was working with an e-learning database where I updated course times, locations, etc, about 3 years ago.
I tried different career options and endless temp positions only to find out my interest will always lie in IT.
I would like to go into something that combines customer service(where I have at least 3 years of experience) & IT and I was thinking of help desk/technical support work. Anyway I was told by a recruiter I needed more education but what education exactly should I get? I'm studying for the A+ certification to make myself more marketable but what else can I do to get an entry-level helpdesk/technical support position?
Any input would be great, Thanks.
