I have john deere l100 riding mower,when the steering wheel is straight both front wheels toe out,anyone know how to adjust or correct this .THANKS

Something is bent, broken or loose. There is no adjustment in the steering. One or both rods could be bent. The front axle pivot could be loose or broken (something that occurs on STX38s) or the bushings that the pivot bolt rides in could be broken.
