Hi my name is Frances and I am writing this for my niece Lisa. In 2000 she gave birth to a baby girl. At the time she was on drugs really bad. Her mother and her mothers significate other went through CPS and took her three older boys and the new baby girl. The older boys ages 9,10,11 ended up in foster homes because my sister decided she only wanted the baby girl since the boy were older and rebellious. Now all three boys are in state prison. The baby girl is now 8 yrs. Old. My niece and I just found out yestureday that she lost her parental rights in 2006. My niece has contact with her daughter and has had contact with her since she was taken. Her daughter knows that my niece is her mom and wants to be back with her mom. My sister is in agreement with this and would like to reunite her grandaughter with her mother. Is it possible to have this order over turned and my 8 yr, old niece return to her mothers care.
