What if you know someone that had there mom pass away and the kids arenow separate from each other can the grandparents still have rights?

Very few have grandparent rights.

In most states, if the biological link to the child is deceased, even if there is not an official grandparent visitation law on the books, the case will be heard by the court.

This is the exact kind of thing that grandparents rights are designed to address.

Will the custodial parents not allow the grandparents to see the kids? Is there some sort of strained relationship? I know with my kids, if anyone with a biological link wanted to spend time with them, we'd be all for it. There can never be enough loving family for a child.
