I have an irregular menses flow for past two times... I took tablets to control my mensus for my marriage from then its quite difficult to have regular mensus... can you please suggest me what stpes can I take for this...

I'm feeling too heavy because of this.. . feeling so uncomfortable too... please let me know what I have to do for this...
