I started my period. Good thing I guess... but I'm hoping I'm pregnant. I have been searching the web for answers on different things. My boobs look bigger to me and I have been tired more then what I usually am. My effort of moving around a lot has went down. I try to keep seated and relax. My stomach hurts way more then what is usually would when I'm on my period. Usually on my period I get cramps before I start and not durning my period. The blood in my period is a light red/ pinkish color. Its not dark like it usually is. My nippls do look a bit darken around the outline. And hurts here and there. My lower back is real sensitive. When I bend down and come back up it hurts and that's not normal. I had sex about 7 days ago. And just started my period yesterday. I'm pretty sure it's a period. It started somewhat late lastnight and it feels like a period. But I might be wrong but I think it is. I am getting headaches and I have been wanted ice cream like crazy. Food has been sounding so good to me. At night I don't know if its heartburn but I tend to get a bit of taist of thruw up in my mouth from time to time... and I have to sit up to help make it stop... I usually don't get sick ever... if I starte to walk too much then I loose my breath. I did have protected sex. But before we had put on the condom he had tired to go inside. I don't know if that matters but he had pressed against the area. This had happens up to 3 times.

Oo and also when I had went to get the condoms there was a tack in side the same poket as the condoms... id think anything happened but still. Any thoughts?

Oo and I have a test I just can't do the test until next weekend. With my mom. My grandparents wouldn't be to understanding. So they have no idea about anything. My boyfriend is happy about maybe being a dad. Just not the thought of hearing about it from everyone else nor to excited about what we are going to have to pay for the child

You could be pregnant, maybe.
If it WAS your period, then you are most likely not pregnant.

Also, you claim that you had sex one week ago. One week is much too early for you to be displaying any of the symptoms you have listed.

You could be pregnant, could not, but the sympoms are all in your head.

Keep in mind, PMS and pregnancy symptoms are very similar. What you described does sound like PMS to me, but only time will tell.

(I'm 18 weeks pregnant, and I never had the pain, cramps, etc. you've explained except on my period) Also, as the pp mentioned, it would be too early for symptoms to appear.

I must tell you that the thought of having a baby does get your adrenaline pumping, and you can feel excited. Eventually though, reality will set in and you will see that it's the toughest thing you can ever go through. I'm 30, married, own my own home/car and I'm working full-time. I'm still up at nights trying to figure out how to pay for hospital bills, baby items, insurance etc. All that and we planned for our baby... don't rush it because you think its exciting or fun. There is plenty of time to become a parent.

How old are you?

Rushing a baby is pretty much the most foolish thing anyone can do. Especially when they're not financially/psychologically ready for one!

Okay I really don't agree with torrid13! It's not healthy because your body needs to be ready to conceive and be able to hold a baby for 9 months but it's definitely not foolish! I am actually going through the same thing I want a baby so bad but we will just have to wait and see I try not to get my hopes up because then you most likely will get let down but just take a little more time and things might turn out for you! Also if your really trying to have a baby you need to know when your ovulating and don't use any kind of protection! But I hope things will go well with you and your boyfriend!
