Hi

I`m a 27 year old guy, and I really need professional advice about some very small internal lumps all around my testicles and almost all over the skin covering the shaft. While around the head of the penis they are tiny too but external. I have noticed them for many years now but thought they were only temporary, whereas sexually I have not been very active.

Are they genital warts, and what can I do ( buy), except for surgical intervention?

Best regards and look forward to hearing from you.

This sounds like "pearls" - they are 4mm papules around thepenile head where it joins the shaft and are normal. However you'll have to look that up and check

Thanks for the answer

I saw images of papules on Google but mine are not inflamed and much smaller, and have not changed over the past years. The spots around the shaft and testicles skin are a little bit more spread (it seems that something white comes out if squeezed - should I squeeze them ?), whereas those around the glans have the size of the point of a needle. In both cases they are really slightly elevated. They cause no pain or itch whatsoever but make me or maybe someone uncomfortable thinking I'm not safe.

What do you suggest, and how do these come up or go ?

Thanks again.

You were right about the swellings in small, pearl like, strings on the penis, around the coronal ridge, and they are called the pearly penile papules.

Could it be the same for the area around my testicles and skin of the shaft?

Waiting for some valuable info.

Thank you
