I would like your thoughts on this talent agency I interviewed for a few weeks ago. It is ESMV Model & Video Agency here in Clarksville, TN for voice overs and announcing.

I must pay a $25.00 application fee that goes toward registration for me with other referral companies. They have talent packages that include bio, comp cards, etc. Mines would be $150 and would include studio time to record my demo CD. I would get 3 copies and they rest would get sent to the booking agents.

They have they own in house production were they shoot ads and one of the teachers does a internet radio show from there. And I’ve asked to meet and talk to some of the talent. Here is the website ESMV (http://ebonistephens.com/)

So what are your thoughts on this?

I can't say if they are legitimate or not,
You can call the Better Business Bureau in Tennessee to see if they have had any complaints BUT if there aren't any complaints it still doesn't make them legitimate.

What they are offering is well worth the money you have stated as long as they come through for you with what you have said they offer. So even if you weren't to pursue it with them the package deals are worth it.
I would really check the contract completely and even get a lawyer to look it over.
