I am going to be 14 in less than two months so how do I tell an adult that I have had depression for two and a half years, anxiety for two years, an eating disorder for two and a half, sometimes I will scratch myself with a razor and have thought of suicide for a year and a half. My parents can't know though because my mom has depression and my dad is emotionally abusive to my mom and I. They don't like to hear me say anything regarding emotions. Im really scared of my dad because of the abuse. If I told a teacher or a youth leader at church would they have to tell? How could I start the conversation and what could I say? Is there anyway I can get help without my parents knowing?

Well, first off, I do not recommend telling your parents.
I'm not saying to hide any of this from them, but you do not need to bring it up now. Until you get it straightened out, their love and natural desire to protect you will make them overreact. They may have their own problems, but they are still there for you. However, the fact that they have their own problems shows that they wouldn't know how to help you in the best way.
I recommend going to a school counceler. Many schools have programs where they will help you in confidence unless "the child is at risk to themselves and others around them". If that is the terms of a session, and you really don't want your parents to know, you could leave out the cutting and suicidal thoughts part.
And, yes, many religions have programs where you can go to confidential counceling for free. I recommend talking to a religious leader in your area, if you prefer. I do NOT recommend trading over, or going to a catholic church if you are jewish, etc. that is just taking advantage and bearing false witness, and no real religion tolerates that.
The fact that you realize these are all problems, and not just normal teenage behaivor is a good sign.
I wish you the best of luck, and everyone on this site is here for you if you need us.

I agree, for the time being, I'd go for a counselor or church leader too over your parents.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I suspect your father's abuse is playing some role in your issues. And just because he is your father does not make it OK for him to be abusive towards you or your mother. If your dad is abusive and it's a dangerous situation for you to be there with him, I would hope someone would help you get away from it.
Whoever you decide to talk to, don't worry so much about what you're going to say. You can start telling them you need to talk to them about something important. And from there things usually have a way of spilling out on their own. Just tell the truth, don't be afraid and hide things.

Depression, stress, anxiety are such disorders which most people face in there life as some stage for one reason or the other. If it's children the pressure of studies gets over their head and if it's adults the pressure of work attracts depression. People suffering from anxiety, panic, stress and depression should consult a specialist and only then should use the medicine, as there can be various reasons behind the disorder. Medicines used to cure such disorders are habit forming and should be used for small duration. As per my personal experience, I have used Xanax and it helped me in getting over my panic and anxiety disorder. You can buy xanax (http://www.xanax-effects.com/) online as there are various pharmacies which can provide you with online prescription. Along with medicine, the concerned person should take a break from his/her regular schedule, go out and take good sleep.

Seriously?
Am I the only one who thinks this is just spam?
I mean, this person created an account just to make one post, with a link where you could buy xanex. Pretty suspicious... if you ask me...

You have to tell someone you trust, whether it be a teacher, a counselor, a good friends parent, any adult that you trust you have to tell someone! This is serious and you hiding this deep inside is going to do more damage down the road. Things like this should not be hidden as embarrassing, sad, horrible, or whatever it may seem it has to be out. Once you tell someone you can finally get the help that you are needing and start healing!
