Ok I'm going to sound really stupid right now but I need MAJOR help... so excuse my rant! I've been searching for this movie for a long time now, although I don't remember when I saw it I think it was probably when I was fifteen and now I'm like twenty one so that makes it six years as of now. I remember seeing it on TV so it must be old... so anyway back to the story help thing.

So I watched this movie about a blonde girl and a family who will travel to some place ( am not sure which place) and then they find this rock thing like four pillars around and somehow they travel through it... like it's some gateway that opens only at some specific time that leads them into the past or to some tribe looking place? XD Then there is this evil king there who will fall in love with that girl... but the girl loves someone else. So the whole story basically revolves around how the family (or only the girl and her brother... I don't remember who goes exactly) get's back together in time whilst fighting off the cruel king who wants the girl. But the catch is that if the family doesn't get back from that place on some time or then they will be stuck there... forever.

I don't remember anything else about that movie except that there are unicorns, horses and fighters etc. I really really need help finding this story because I seriously want to know which movie is that. Pleaseeeeeee help. It is the movie that inspired me to write a story long time back and I want to know which is it. Pretty please? *pouts*

Sorry for the double post... but I also would like to add that I'm definitely sure it wasn't a animation movie or some black and white flick. No. It was according to me around 80's or 90's and I also think it was a very little like time travel more like they get teleported into some other very "Troy" kind of place. :S
