Can you go to the hair salon and have them do something with it?

Well I don't really want to go and get them to put chemicals or anything in my hair and then charge me a lot of money/.. my roots are coming through quite a lot now so I might just leave it.

Using a toner might help you.

The best way to get rid of hair dye is let your hair grow it out.
Sounds like that is what you are doing.

Yes, cutting your hair usually helps it grow quicker, but you don't want to ruin your style.

Just be patient. How long is your hair now? I can envision caramel tips on a mousse brown, and it doesn't look too bad in my head! ;) I'm sure you're overreacting a bit because it's not what you wanted.

I have the same problem with my hair. I was dying it a diffent color for about a yr, my hair is a very light brown, and even when I dyed it a meidum brown it faded to orange so I am just letting it grow out. And its blending in. once your hair grows out to the point where you don't like it, you could always try dying the bottom to a shade that blends with your natural color.
