Im 17 years old and normally I'm never more than a day late for my period, me an my boyfriend have had sex but always with contriception. Im now 4 days late for my period and I'm terrified that I'm pregnant. After reading other articles I'm also thinking that it may be because I haven't been eating properly recently or that I'm overly stressed (because I'm scared of being pregnant)
This has never happened to me before an I don't no what to do or who to turn to :S please can someone help?

You can give it a few more days and then take a pregnancy test.

I'm getting stomach cramps as if I'm about to come on but nothing happens, I got worried earlier an took a test to be sure an it came up with not pregnant so I'm not sure what's going on with my body :S

Condoms are reliable, but not one of the most reliable. They are 95% effective if used correctly, birth control pills or implants are 99% effective if used correctly.
