Sanskrit is an ancient, religious language similar to Hindi and doesn't do well with tattoo inscriptions. My Indian coworker believes you will not get an accurate translation unless it's from someone who actually knows Sanskrit; otherwise, what you will get will be gibberish. Since no one can read it anyway, perhaps gibberish will be okay?
