I bought a 1993 KX80. I split block and put all new seals and gaskets. Had to break magneto to get it off. I think the stator and magneto are from an older KX80 or a KX60 (looks like it in pics I've seen). The bike started before I took it apart. Now I have no spark. I used a magneto that looked like the same size and everything turns but I have no spark. Before I go out and buy a new magneto and stator (because have no clue what stator is on the bike) are there any other reasons I would have no spark?

Your Kill wire. Service Manual should show how to test the stator with a Meter.
