Can someone tell me something. I have to go to court tomorrow for my probation violation. I did not get my restitution paid in time but I have it done now and everything even my fine is paid. And I going to jail tomorrow do you think. Since I could have just took that money and left the state instead of stay here and face the music. I have college I am going to at everest online. I can't miss 3 months of school that is what They said 90 days suspended as long as It did not happen again in 2 years and restitution was paid which it now is. What do you think would be my chances of not going to jail I am in shelby Ohio 44875. It is petty theft. Of $182.50. That is now paid in full along with my fine.

I think the chances are very good you will not go to jail for 90 days.

I am scared to death of going tomorrow. I have to face up to it but still really scared to death. I can feel my heart in my throat for real. Even though I have probation violation you don't think that I will go to jail. Since I made it right.

It's a petty theft charge. I don't see them giving you any time since you've already made restitution. Unless their jailer is real lonely, I'd plan on posting your outcome here tomorrow..

The Judge might give you a few more months of probation as a punishment. Since you did pay your restitution off.
They said 90 days suspended as long as It did not happen again in 2 years and restitution was paid which it now is.
I do not quite understand your above sentence. Have you violated your probation before? Otherwise why would you say "as long as it did not happen again in 2 years". If you did indeed violate a second time, then possibly the Judge may just give you some time in jail. How much I don't know.
In any event, be sure to have your affairs in order before you go to your hearing just in case the Judge does give you some time. It's hard to tell, but if they have room for you in the jail, you just might spend some time there. Be sure to wear white socks and white underwear and a white tee shirt under your regular clothes as you will need them. Don't bother with a toothbrush as they will give you one. And take a few dollars along just in case you need some money for snacks or treats. I'm not telling you this to scare you. I'm telling you to be prepared just in case and especially if you did indeed violate a second time. Can't quite tell from that sentence.
Hope it doesn't happen though. Please come back and tell us it didn't, okay?

No this is my only time. I met as long as I did not get petty theft charges again in 2 years. If I do then I will get the 90 days from this time and I will get the time for the other one as well. Does that make more sense. Sorry did not mean to confuse anyone. This would be my first offense of probation violation. And I have every last dime I owe them paid now I just have the 2 year probation and whatever happens today in court.
