Can't find the movie title I am looking for!
The movie is about a hotel owner who has video cameras in all of the apartments in his hotel. People get killed in this hotel occasionally. Hotel owner falls in love with a woman who has recently moved into one of his apartments. He chooses to show the woman the cameras he has in the apartments.
That's all I know about the plot of the movie.
