I'm a strong 21 year old male. I work a job on my feet lifting. I use to unload trucks. I've never been fat, and I've never broken a bone or had surgery. I recently moved apartments, with the help of my mother. I did the lifting. I'm told, although it feels great now and I don't mind it, that this lifting, will eventually cause me health problems. Bone, and ligament damage. What the hell? How unfair is that... so, because I'm healthy enough to do it, I'm not suppose to do it? That's just dumb. The whole issue has kind of upset me, and confused me. Is there any proof or documents that such events will connect? To me, it seems like when you don't do something, that it damages you. If you don't run, you lack endurance. If you don't lift, you don't form muscle. If you don't exercise, you get fat. etc.
How do I know when to stop, when I never get tired?
