I would like to know how long a person has to sue cops and crown for negligence and malicious prosecution etc. When does the time for limitation begin... at the time of the instance of negligence incident or after the (false) conviction probation sentence has been completed? The decision to convict on a assult charge was overturned by the appeal court but the 18 month probation sentence was not dropped!
