I have work in this factory for a year or a bit more and I'm a full time worker. Now I'm asking to annual leave go on a holiday for a family member wedding. I give them 2 month notice in advance which they said it was OK. Couple of day ago I filled out an application for the annual leave, when get back to me they said 'i do not have right to go on a holiday that long and if I want to go ahead with the holiday I have to resign my job. Which mean when I came back from the holiday I have to apply for the job again..? So do I have the right to go on holiday once a year??

Most likely they would not hire you back because once they consider you resigned you are basically fired
So basically they are telling you it's the wedding or the job.

Cheer for the tip! I going to do some more research about anaul leave because I bother me so much! There I'm an asian which don't know much about law so they pick on me as well!!

In the US there is no law that you have to get any vacation time.

Where you work should have set rules if they give vaction or not.

It could be that you are asking for more time than you have earned. Maybe you can take a shorter break? Ask them to explain it to you.
