I want my fiancée to adopt my two daughters when we get married and the biological mother is currently in jail and on her way to prison for abuse and all other sorts of things she has done to my daughters... is there a way that I can get it to where she can adopt them without worrying about the biological mother having to sign anything because I don't want her near them ever again for the things she has done to them??

If the mother has not yet lost her rights due to the abuse, she is going to have to sign her rights away for the adoption.


Also, you will have to wait until you are married. The only way for your fiancé to adopt the kids without you being married, is for you to sign your rights away to her as well, and it does not sound like that's what you want.
