Hello there, sorry this is a question for men/guys/boys only.:o

Ladies sure can comment on that, but first listen to what the guys have to say... might be something we all can learn today.:)

So gentlemen, please tell us - how do you feel loved??

Thank you for answering.

Being 21 and only in 1 serious relationship where I THOUGHT I felt love. All I can say is she was always there, she always involved me in her plans, thoughts, ideas, future. She never made me feel like I had to compete to keep her. She didn't judge me. She would never say anything around her friends or family that would make me look bad or stupid. And she was loyal. For those reasons I felt loved, until we slowly grew apart and wanted to do different things and go different places...

I am a sap. I feel loved when the things I do to make my lady feel special are rewarded with a warm hug and a genuine smile. I have NEVER asked for anything in return other than the opportunity to be there for her... (speaking past tense here).

Just the looks of compassion, no words spoken, and I can tell in her eyes that she is happy to be with me...

All right, enough of that stuff... time to man up a bit.

It is little things for me for example when I am watching football, basketball or baseball and I start to tell my wife some pointless fact that I know she doesn't care about she will actually listen and TRY to make a conversation about it.

I am a very big beer snob (some people might just call me a snob) So if my wife is out and see's a beer that I have never had she will pick it up for me to try. Knowing full well that I might spit it out and call it the worst beer I have ever had. But the fact that she made an attempt lets me know she really knows me.

But the best thing she does is when she will make me a sandwich for lunch she will write I love you on the sandwich bag in sharpie I get a kick out of that.
