Does anyone know where I can get a parts manual so I can try and fix this snowblower?

Hi,
You can in fact look them up yourself at Deere at:
John Deere - Parts Catalog (http://jdpc.deere.com/jdpc/servlet/com.deere.u90490.partscatalog.view.servlets.HomePa geServlet_Alt)
And typing the model; two types available. All made for Deere by Ariens.
