I just installed a firewire card to let me copy mini dv tapes to hard drive, then to dvd.
Windows computer with service pack 3 is supposed to have drivers installed.
How do I know &/or how do I get ?

Check device mgr to see if you have this present
1394 Bus host controllers

Right click on My Computer on desktop and choose properties
Click on hardware tab
Click device mgr and see if above exists

If not, what model computer do you have
