I have heard the time table for eviction in Fl is different when a child is involved. Is this true and how long does an eviction take?

You have heard wrong. Children and contrary to popular belief season, do not factor into eviction.
Brevard is 30 days notice to move or 3 days to pay past due rent and then an eviction can be issued by the court.
