You need to tear down this drier and clean it out well and probably replace bearing on rear of drum and rollers supporting drum if it has them. Look on YouTube to see how to do this. DrTom4444

How is it going with the repair?

The squeal is going to be the WE3x75 rear bearing. You will find it us thin and doing metal to metal on the bearing mount. You will find the front bearing to be shot also if this one is eating the clothes.
