I operate a small business, I charter for a marina as a sub-contractor, they have been deducting, a $100.00 out of my check as a comp. for other people to come on the boat if this right you would think I would take the people with out charge, Im a 1099 at the end of the year, so if the marina is going to deduct my wage, should they just take the responsibility for me as an employee instead of a sub-contractor? :confused:
