I would like to know,the cost of a Ghanaian citizen is required to pay in Ghana,when applying for a new passport,for the first time, The person resides in Tema,and does he need to travel to Accra,to apply for a passport.

Actually no they really don't have to travel from my understanding,

In US dollars the passport is about 33 dollars, 110 if they do a rush on it.

Also Ghana is the most well know location for fake and fraud dating scams

They find people who will actually send a unknown person money because they say they love them.
