Hi there,
My friend handed me a blank cheque, and asked me to cash it for him, he told me his grandmother had given it to him to use for emergencies. He got me to cash it under my name for the amount of $250. Later he told me the cheque was sent by mistake and now I realize that I just committed fraud to some poor old lady, for a "buddy" of mine, who was too scared to do it himself, I've been duped, and technically framed for a crime that he committed, what are the consequences and what should I do?
Sincerely,
The Naïve Kid
