Hello,

I'd like to know please, how to convert Flash video files (.flv) which I've downloaded from the Internet, to a DVD-R format disc which I can then watch on my DVD player?

I'm a beginner and I'm confused about all of the processes involved like DVD encoding, authoring and so forth. If possible, please put this in an easy step-by-step list including where I can get free software to do this, as I can't afford to buy anything at this time.

I appreciate your help very much.

Thank You.
