My last boss was an alcoholic. I left the job 2 years after he told me about it because I could no longer handle his unpredictability and disappearances. I left a good job. How can I explain that to a potential employer in an interview without "bad-mouthing" the boss?

Just say that you left for personal reasons or a volatile work place.
