I know I asked a similar question, but this is a follow up.

I had cramps last month, but no period. I get it every other month and June was supposed to be it. I shrugged it off, thinking my bodies just whacky for that month. This month, cramps, PMS symptoms (tender chest, achy body, etc.) for the past week and a half-two weeks, but no period. I took an HPT, negative. What else could it be?

I'm not on birth control and never have been, nor am I taking any medication. I'm 19, and have had my period for about 7 or 8 years now.

Try to get a pelvic exam. Something has to be going on if you're cramping with no period. Maybe it's the way you eat. But try getting a pelvic exam to make sure you don't have something that can cause permanent damage.

You could still be pregnant and the test isn't showing up yet. I was pregnant for about a month and a half before it showed a positive on the test. I took a test every week for 4 weeks before I got a positive one. I knew that I was pregnant, but the tests wouldn't show up. I am not saying that you are pregnant, I am just saying that you could be.

My advice would be to go to your OBGYN as soon as possible, in case there is something else wrong with you.
