Have you got a Barclays bank account? Because they do International Money transfers from your account to other countries and they give you an option for the money to arrive in local currency. They may not stock ringgits or sell them to you as a foreign currency but they would be able to the transer for you so that it arrives in the desired currency.
You would need to make sure you know exactly how much stirling would give you and equivalent amount of ringgits and then fill in the form. Just pop into a local Barclays, if you have an account there, and they will assist you. I know this because I work there.
