Sorry, diva, exfelon or not an exfelon, no one is handing out free money to purchase a home to anybody. They never did. Only in pleasant dreams stuff like that happens. In the real world people generally earn the money and buy the home themselves.

You would not find "free" money but there are programs under the stimulus plan that gives you loans and grants for purchasing a home. Most first time home owners are getting an $ 8,000 credit (the value of the home must be 80,000 plus in order to get the 8,000 maximum credit).
