Before he took off the old one and bought the new one the PTO would work for five minutes then stop. Replace the neutal sensors. Still the same problem. Thank you very much.

From past experience I have seen the PTO switch do this. It is not an obvious thing to think it would do, but I saw it on an Ariens ZTR once.
Saw the manual and parts breakdowns in my search, but no schematic. If it had a relay I would say it was the culprit, but it does not.
