Ok I have a 99 honda civic ex vtec motor. I did a tune up to the car spark plugs ,spark plugs wire, distuputer cap and rotor, oil, oil filter fuel filter . When I was done I started the car it turned on for like 5 seconds and turned off. I tyred to turn it back on and now it just turns over, it won't start! I checked and its not getting no spark and now my battery has died. What could be the problem??

. Remove and fully charge the battery. AutoZone will do this for free.
. Clean battery terminals and cable connections. Ensure they are tight.
. Test all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter:

. Does the CEL come on and go off after 2 seconds, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II)?

That's very material information. If the ECM was not an exact part no. match, there's a strong probability your problem resides there. Did you disconnect the negative battery cable, before working on the ECM and main relay?
