Before Teaxs grease monkey says see section a and b or k-test let me list what I have done.

Checked all fuses with meter
K-test , 5 volts on one side 3 on the other
Code scanner , says no issues found
Replaced coil
Replaced main relay
Replaced icm
Replaced dist cap and rotor
Replaced map sensor
Disconnected blue tach wire under dist cap to see if it was shorting but it was not.

Turn the key on. One click, fuel pump hum, second click. Turn it over no spark at plugs. Checked for power at the coil and it has 11 volts.

The owner says the engine just died one day. Would not restart. Had it towed to the shop. I'd like to get this car running tomorrow.

Does the CEL come on and go off after 2 seconds, when the ignition switch is turned to ON? If it does, the problem is distributor-related. The internal sensors (CKP, TDC, or CYL) may have failed. Since they are not serviceable, the distributor housing would need to be replaced (genuine Honda only).

It was smart to replace the items you have. You are close to getting it to run.

Are you a mechanic?

Check engine light does come on and then off appropriately. I was thinking it was the dist also. That's the first expensive part I'm going to replace. I think I've covered all the cheap bases already. Thanks tx. I'm not a mechanic by trade but yes I do work on a lot of cars.
