Hi,
My son will be 18 in October, but because he is special needs, he will be continuing full time school in September until he turns 21. I was told from support enforcement that he can be eligible for child support until the age of 19 if he is still attending school.
However, others told me that if I was divorced in the 1990's, it is only up to the age of 18, if I was divorced after a certain year, they changed the law to 19 years of age.
Is this true?
