My son's best friend who has a drug problem stole money from my son. ($200.00) the friend was arrested for failing a drug test (he is on parole) in retaliation my son went to his house kicked in the door and stole the guys TV. The guys GF saw my son driving off, and reported to the police that she had been robbed. My son brought the TV home and the cops found it in our home. He as been charged now with aggrivated robbery. My son is also serving probation. My question is what will happen to him now. My son sufferes from Bi polar disorder and I'm afraid he isn't getting his treatment. I can't afford to hire an attorny. Any advice on what to do?

Basically he most likely will got o prison, he will have his probation revolked and also get a sentence for the robbery.

The fact tha the other person was a drug user has nothing to do with it, that fact he owed him money has little to do with it.

Did he go over to a house, kick a door in and steal a TV. If he did this, and there was a witness, it is a hard case to try and get out of
