On clicking Help and Support in startup menu an error messege appears"Windows cannot find 'helpctr.exe' Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button, and then click Search."I searched and found the files at
C:\WINDOWS\pchealth\helpctr\binaries.But on attempting to start from here a popup messege says "... a system service is not running. To fix the problem, start the service'Help and Support'.Now I reached Services (Local) from control panel and administrative tools but alas no 'Help and Support Service' is listed there.
What is going wrong? How to fix it?

A question for you.
How often (if at all) do you use this service ?

If the answer is what I expect it to be then don't worry about it.

Otherwise you need to check your environment variables to make sure they are correct.

Help and support does appear as just that in services.

A repair install maybe called for here if you really can't live without this function.
