Hello, I started using this company as a drop shipper/suplier a few months ago. They have continued to rip of them and my customers. They always supplied tracking number for orders but they never changed. I turned them in to BBB.org. BBB emailed me this
"Mr. Lott,
I am sorry, but we do not have the ability to assist you with a company who has filed for bankruptcy. The following is the email response we received from the company when we forwarded your complaint to them.

From totallyice legal department: totallyice international d/b/a totallyice, totallyice.com, totallyice international, et al. has filed for bankruptcy protection in Tennessee, Florida, and New York"

I lost out on a few hundred dollars due to this and had to shut down my thriving business because of this, my company received a bad rep. I made it right with my customers but I lost out. I continue to try and contact this company but they fail to respond. After I submitted the case to BBB.org all of the shipping statuses of my orders went from saying "Electronic info received" to saying "There is no record of this item being shipped". I understand that BBB could not help me because this company filed bankruptcy but why should they not be responsible in paying me back, and why should they still be open to the public for ordering? What do you think I should do about this?

They are bankrupt. Even if you file, you will get nothing as there most likely a whole list of creditors ahead of you.

Get a copy of the Bankruptcy Petition and read it carefully. What is listed on it?

And they very well may have reorganized or be under Court supervision, continuing to advertise and sell.
