During the time of installing ms office I am getting menu box and some xxxx file are missing browse the cd. When I tried to browse the cd with same name of file after few minutes it showing same dialouge box. In this regard I need help how to solve this ? Suggest me step by step. Thanks in advance.

Yes the Cd is legal copy but I am expecting may be problem in CD I tried so many times but I am getting the same message ie: "Setup cannot find Office,en-us\office.cab. Browse to a valid installation source, and then click OK.

If your software is legally installed, then the disc itself is merely a means. You can borrow someone else's disc to complete the installation routine, or contact Microsoft and they will provide a media-only disc (no installation keys come with it), usually for about $25.
